The 19th Times Champions

What a week for Manchester United fans as the Red Devils has lifted the English Premier League title for a record 19th times and overtook the previous 18th times record that held by Liverpool. The trophy presentation was held in Old Trafford after a 4-2 win over league strugglers Blackpool, the result has send Blackpool down to 19th place that will be relegated from the Premier League. Man United skipper Nemanja Vidic stated that the team are jubilant with this title and they are looking forward to lift the next title which is the UEFA Champions League final against Spanish Champions Barcelona in Wembley next Saturday.

This Premier League medal will be the last league medal for United's Dutch goalkeeper Edwin Van der Sar as this will be the last season of football for the experienced goalkeeper. Edwin Van der Sar was the captain of the day for the final game against Blackpool and he sincerely appreciated the chance given by United manager, Sir Alex Ferguson. Apart from that, 32 year old striker Michael Owen was content enough to collect his first Premiership winners medal in his career. Owen thanked his manager Sir Alex that he was given more chances in the last few Premiership matches to ensure him a winner's medal and he hoped that his performance in late can secure a new contract for next season.

United's hotshot Javier Hernandez a.k.a "Chicharito" is excited about his prospect with the newly-crowned English champions. "I'm very happy about my debut season with the team and I hope that I can be a better player next season", added Chicharito.

While the Red Devils are still celebrating their Premiership victory, UEFA Champions League finalist Barcelona are preparing for the biggest game of Europe against Manchester United. Barca's starlet Lional Messi is ready to upset Sir Alex Ferguson again this time after both sides were also in the UCL final in year 2009. "We know that United is strong side and star players like Rooney, Giggs and Scholes will cause us a lot of problem but we know how to cope with it", said Messi.

Discrimination

"Kempen diskriminasi" was the topic for my assignment topic for Moral Studies last few semester. Day after day, time passes away. I've been through half of my semester break. Basically, nothing significant happened in tthe past 10 days. I'm just being like a pig and prince at home spending time eating, playing and sleeping. What a life! This time round I learned that some people are really capable in talking bullshit behind and in front of me.

I wonder why each time I'm back in town, they will have something to "shoot" me. They will tease about the course that I'm studying, tease about my loved ones and friends. I'm wondering that, "Do you think that the job and future of yours will be much better than mine?" I'm not being arrogant to my friends just because I've studied few more years compared to them. Somehow, they enjoy saying things to shoot people and they didn't realised that these actions actually degrades themselves. Should I forgive them and spare them just because they are too "innocent" or because they are simply "uneducated"? I know that I will have bad karma by saying all these but I simply can't tolerate their thinking and behaviour.

"Hey bro, finish polishing bla bla bla's shoes huh?", said T. "Huh?", I replied. They keep portraying me as money-minded asshole that only willing to mixed with rich man's son and avoiding the "not so educated" friends. When asked about my course of study, they ended up burst up in tears saying "Hahahaha, what kind of course is that? What are you gonna do in the future with this not so well known course?". I often ended up speechless when staring at their "uneducated" reaction. Okay, I know that my course is not that highly rated by you guys but at least I'm a bloody degree holder. By the way, who are you guys to discriminate me?

It is better to see one's true color when you starting to avoiding them, better late than never. I'm 23 this year and I don't want to live my life by talking cock and playing games. I've a better plan for myself and I need to have one to archieve my dream. No more living under discrimination by other people. I don't mind getting a lower pay in the future at least I get to do the things I like rather than sitting in my hometown to listen craps that keeps bugging into my mind.

People might say that I've changed. Yes! I've to admit, I've changed but for the better because I've understand what's positive and what's negative for me. Cheers!

Things change over time?

I'm sorry that I've broke my "one journal per day" promise as I have learned a few lessons on friendships issue. I wonder if really things change over time? In the first place, I thought that only electronic gadgets will change over time but I never knew that friendship can really change within months. A close friend of mine - Mr.E, whom I regard as one of my best friends since high schooldays.

E was working in overseas and during those "lepak" days of mine, we used to hang out always whenever he's in town. When I was out of town, he used to send regards to me and asking me when I'll be back to our hometown so that we can hang out again like the good old days. Things change over time, I'm quite fed up about his attitude when I'm back in town as he changed into another person and he didn't even give a damn about me. I was thinking that when I'm out of town, E'll keep asking to come back to meet him this and that instead he didn't kept his promise when I'm back in town. I can't deny I'm petty and disappointed about him but I really can't buy his excuses that he gave me when we couldn't get to meet up. I was thinking, we used to be good buddies but now you are able to give up everything just to please your girlfriend. WTF?!

One Journal A Day, Keeps My Mind Awake!

Yet another semester break for me but for this time round I'll make full use of my 20 days break. As a future journalist, I think now is the right time for me to improve my hopeless writing skills. In order to spark up my article in near future, I need to be creative in my works from now.

After struggling for 7 hours in the train, I finally made the way to my destination -- The Great Hometown of mine. I'm glad that I've a mate with me for the whole journey, who is known as Beh Zhuan. We crapped jokes and stuff during the whole journey to kill off the boredom between us.

Well, it seems the weather in my place is not much different from Kampar. Hot and stuffy, I'll sweat in split seconds after bathing. I was thinking: "Oh my god, what's wrong with our Earth, is the myth of 2012 turning into reality?" Moreover, some people in Indonesia are still proceeding with their favourite past time, Open Burning.

In conclusion, I think that my first journal of my May semester break will be a failure but I will strive to be better and produce better articles in the future, thanks for visiting my blog!
